Independent and innovative design of single screw connector: abandons the traditional design, making the installation speed twice as fast as ordinary connectors. Removal of any section of busbar unit during guided installation will not affect adjacent busbar units.

Double-headed torque bolt: double-headed screw can ensure that when guiding installation, a 19mm ordinary wrench is required to tighten the screw until the bolt head above breaks automatically, and the yellow sign on the screw falls off, indicating that the torque of the connector has reached the best state, which can save 75% of the guiding installation time. Remaining bolt heads after installation can be repaired. Secondary use during disassembly and assembly. The torque bolt adopts high strength bolt, the torque is 70±6NM, and the connection is reliable;

High pressure equalization pad: the pressure generated when the bolt is locked is transmitted to the high pressure equalization pad of the copper bar and other cross-sections through the specially designed disc washer to ensure uniform pressure, moderate tightness and safe and reliable electrical connection at the entire bus connection.
